Field Marshall John Dill

John Dill (1881-1944) was born in Ireland and became the Chief of the Imperial General Staff during the early stages of WWII. He then became the senior representative to Washington during the remainder of the war.

His gravesite is marked with one of only two equestrian statues in the cemetery.
